Meeting Room Reservation
Meeting Rooms are reserved on first come first serve basis. The following information is needed to reserve a room:
- Committee/Group Name
- Chairperson and Day Phone Number
- Date and Time of Meeting
- Requested Room- 1st and 2nd Choice
- Person Responsible for Closing/Locking Building
- List Special Items Needed i.e. easel, VCR etc
